Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. All of our jewelry comes in a beautiful gift box with our logo on it, but you can add more. On each item page you can choose 1) We include blue ribbon and To/From card in your shipment for $1.50 OR 2) We wrap with kraft paper + blue ribbon + To/From card for $5.

Are your pendants and pins imported?

No. All our ceramic pendants and pins are handmade in Los Angeles, USA. They are kiln fired and hand painted locally. Antique brass settings for hair barrettes are imported and Camille's artwork is applied under the glass here in Los Angeles.

Is your jewelry water resistant?

No. Please do not wear while showering, bathing, or swimming.

Care and Cleaning:

Avoid contact with abrasive materials or chemicals, including jewelry cleaners. JEWELRY IS NOT WATERPROOF. DO NOT wear while swimming, showering or bathing. Add a drop of mild dish soap to a cup of warm water and dampen a soft cloth with it; then gently wipe pendant or pin clean. DO NOT SOAK. Do not scrub. Ceramic and glass are likely to break if dropped. Like silver, antique finish chain and hardware will oxidize and turn dark over time, a natural process that is easy to remove. We recommend Hagerty Silversmiths' Polish or Wright’s Silver Cleaner and Polish cream. Follow the manufacturer’s directions. A soft old toothbrush works well. Don't get polish on the clay pendant. NEVER USE THE INSTANT LIQUID JEWELRY CLEANER THAT YOU DIP THE JEWELRY INTO; IT WILL INSTANTLY EAT THE FINISH OFF. 

Is your jewelry good for kids?

Pins have a sharp point, and all our jewelry is breakable into small pieces which could be swallowed, and therefore not suitable for kids or infants.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, I always welcome wholesale orders. Please go to the wholesale page to fill out the form or email me, and I will get back to you as soon as possible with our line sheet and ordering process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay with Paypal, and you don't need a Paypal account to make your payment.

What are your return/exchange policies?

All merchandise except T-shirts and Final Sale items may be returned or exchanged. Please see the Return/Exchange page for details.

How much is shipping?

All U.S. orders ship free! Expedited and International Shipping cost is based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and choice of shipping method. Please see the Shipping Info page for more information, including estimated costs and USPS delivery times.

How do I track my orders?

Sign in to your registered account and you will see an Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order. You can also click on the tracking number in your order confirmation email or "Shipped" email notice.
