Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. All of our jewelry comes with a mini clear PVC ziplock bag for safe storage. You can add optional gift wrap which is a cotton filled kraft jewelry box stamped with our beautiful logo and tied with a matching dark blue satin ribbon, plus a pretty To / From gift card. 

Are your pendants and pins imported?

No. All our ceramic pendants and pins are handmade in Los Angeles, USA. They are kiln fired and hand painted in LA at our CSLA workshop. Antique brass settings for hair barrettes and glass dome jewelry are imported and Camille's artwork is applied under the glass here in LA.

Care and Cleaning:

Avoid contact with abrasive materials or chemicals, including jewelry cleaners. JEWELRY IS NOT WATERPROOF. Do Not wear while swimming, showering or bathing. Add a drop of mild dish soap to a cup of warm water and dampen a soft cloth with it; then gently wipe pendant or pin clean. DO NOT SOAK. Do not scrub. Ceramic and glass are likely to break if dropped. Like silver, antique finish chain and hardware will oxidize and turn dark over time, a natural process that is easy to remove. We recommend Hagerty Silversmiths' Polish or Wright’s Silver Cleaner and Polish cream. Follow the manufacturer’s directions. A soft old toothbrush works well. Don't get polish on the clay pendant. NEVER USE THE INSTANT LIQUID JEWELRY CLEANER THAT YOU DIP THE JEWELRY INTO; IT WILL EAT THE FINISH OFF.

Is your jewelry good for kids?  NO.

Metals Safety Compliance 

Verified Materials Notice: We prioritize your safety and health. All metal components and chains used in our handmade jewelry are independently tested and certified 100% free of toxic heavy metals (such as lead and cadmium) by AMEX Assayers, Inc. located in the historic jewelry district of Downtown Los Angeles. However, due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramics and small component sizes, these pieces are not toys and remain unsuitable for children.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, I always welcome wholesale orders. Please go to the wholesale page to fill out the form or email me, and I will get back to you as soon as possible with our line sheet and ordering process. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay with Paypal, and you don't need a Paypal account to make your payment.

What are your return/exchange policies?

All merchandise EXCEPT T-SHIRTS and FINAL SALE items may be returned or exchanged. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $5.99 per order under $75. Orders over $75, shipping is FREE! 

How do I track my orders?

Sign in to your registered account and you will see an Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order. You can also click on the tracking number in your order confirmation email or "Shipped" email notice.
