Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-7 business days after we receive your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Free shipping is by USPS Ground Advantage, delivery in 2-5 business days. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. military bases in the U.S., territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States in 2-7 business days. Tracking and $100 insurance are included.
Free shipping excludes shipping to multiple addresses. If part of your order is going to a second address, the shipping cost for that part will be calculated according to package weight, dimensions, destination, and choice of shipping method. After checking out of your shopping cart and paying for your order, email us at info@camillestancinla.com to give us the addresses and tell us which shipping option you prefer. We’ll pack your order and calculate the shipping charges; then ship it once we charge your credit card, or you can send payment for the shipping fees by squareup.com or Paypal.
Expedited and International Shipping
Shipping cost is based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Please see options below. We’ll pack your order and calculate the shipping charges; then ship it once we charge your credit card, or you can send payment for the shipping fees by Paypal.

USPS Priority Mail Express International - Delivery in 3-5 business days
USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) - Delivery in 1-3 business days
We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once we place a package with our carrier, USPS or UPS, it is no longer under our control and we are not at fault if the package is lost in transit or lost/stolen after delivery is complete. Sometimes carriers mark packages “Delivered” before they’re actually dropped off. If you cannot find the package and it has been more than two hours since you received a “Delivery” notification, please contact the carrier. You may need to open an inquiry with the carrier and file a mail loss/theft document. Postmaster at our local post office here in Tujunga, Calif., 91042, stated that buyers must contact the post office directly instead of contacting the seller. Most likely your package is at your local post office, ready to be picked up. If a claim is filed and the post office reimburses us, then we will certainly send you a duplicate package.
All packages are insured, but not all claims filed are accepted by the USPS. We cannot automatically send replacement parcels or issue refunds for lost packages due to rampant scams and mailbox/porch theft. We must first check the tracking and contact USPS so they can do a search for the parcel. Per our local postmaster, packages marked "Delivered" but not received are almost always at your local post office waiting to be claimed. Please keep track of your delivery date so you know when it is being delivered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping note: Please note: You may not be able to track your package(s) right away. It can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their records with your shipping information.
Packages Returned For Unsuccessful Delivery
Parcels that are returned to us marked “Returned To Sender,” "ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN", OR “Undeliverable” due to incorrect address or other reason(s) will not be resent. We will issue you a refund and if you still want the item(s) you can always repurchase.
