- Cancellations: Must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Reply to your order confirmation email with "CANCEL" in the subject line.
- Returns & Exchanges: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be mailed back to us within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged in Transit: Broken items must be reported within 3 days of delivery along with photos of the damaged item and the shipping container. Carriers have a short window and require photos.

- Must be shipped back in their original, undamaged condition.

- Final Sale. Because these are custom-printed to order by our production partner, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Final Sale. Any custom orders or personalized items are strictly non-refundable.
- FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.
🔄 How to Process an Exchange To ensure your replacement item doesn't sell out while your return is in transit, we use a quick "Return & Re-Buy" process:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to start a return for your original item.
- Mail the original item back to our studio.
- Place a brand-new order on our website for your replacement item at any time.
- Once we receive your original item safely, we will issue your refund.
🚚 Shipping & Refund Details
- Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns or buyer's remorse.
- Damaged Items: If a ceramic piece or print arrives broken, do not mail it back. Please reply to your order confirmation email with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a 100% full refund (including shipping) or mail a replacement free of charge.
