All products except T-shirts and other print-on-demand items, and "FINAL SALE" items, may be returned or exchanged. T-SHIRTS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. "FINAL SALE" ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Within 7 days of receiving your order, if you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange something, please send us an email at info@camillestancinla.com. In the case of damage, please include at least 5 photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping container. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days, in the same condition as it was received, including packaging. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to damage during shipping; in that case we will refund the return shipping. In case of damage to any item, please return the packaging and shipping container along with the damaged item. USPS Ground Advantage Return can be used as a convenient option for customers who need to send items back. Tracking and $100 insurance are included.
