Thank you for supporting our small business! Jewelry, artwork, and greeting cards are shipped to you from our LA studio, and T-shirts are custom-printed just for you and sent directly from Printful, Inc.

In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a gently used, recycled shipping box.

📍 Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively to:

• All 50 United States and Washington, D.C.
• P.O. Boxes nationwide
• U.S. Military Mail addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Please note: We do not currently ship to international civilian addresses or non-military U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands).

We honor and support our service members and their families. We happily ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses worldwide.

Military mail is charged at our standard domestic flat rate of $5.99 (or free over $75).

There is no extra paperwork or customs hassle for you at checkout; our systems handle it all.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We keep shipping simple and predictable. We ship exclusively using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 on all orders under $75.
• Free Shipping: Spend $75 or more to automatically receive free USPS Ground Advantage shipping at checkout!
• Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order. Custom-printed items such as apparel or tote bags typically ship within 2–5 business days. Personalized and custom made items take longer - please see individual product listing. 
• Estimated Delivery (Once Shipped):
  • U.S. 48 States & D.C.: 3–7 business days.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 2–7 business days.
  • U.S. Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO): 2–4 weeks (depending on the overseas military postal system).

 ⚠️ Please Note: Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed by the carriers. Weather, holidays, and high mail volumes may occasionally cause delays.

📍 Shipping to Multiple Addresses

To keep things simple and avoid extra billing loops, our checkout system only supports one shipping address per order.

• The Easiest Solution: If you are buying gifts for different people, please place a separate order for each unique destination address.
• Free shipping thresholds ($75+) apply to each individual order and destination.

📬 Order Tracking & Split Packages

• Tracking Updates: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your label prints. Please note it can take 24–48 hours for USPS to update their system records.
• Separate Deliveries: Because our t-shirts are printed on demand, your order may arrive in separate packages. Do not worry if your handmade jewelry or cards arrive slightly before or after your apparel!

📦 Separate Deliveries & Carriers: Because our t-shirts are printed on demand, your order may arrive in separate packages. Please note that while jewelry and cards always ship via USPS, t-shirt orders may occasionally arrive via UPS or other domestic carriers depending on Printful's routing. 

🛑 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once we place a package with USPS, it is under their care. We cannot automatically send free replacements or refunds due to porch theft and scams, but we will always help you investigate!

Premature "Delivered" Status: Carriers occasionally mark packages "Delivered" 2 hours before they physically drop them off. Please wait a few hours or check with neighbors.

Check Your Local Post Office: Per the Postmaster at our local post office here in Tujunga, CA (91042), packages marked "Delivered" but not found are almost always being held safely at your local post office. Please contact your local mail carrier directly to open a locator inquiry.

Insurance Claims: All of our packages include up to $100 of insurance. If USPS officially accepts a lost mail claim and reimburses us, we will happily send you a duplicate package immediately.

↩️ Packages Returned For Unsuccessful Delivery

Parcels returned to us marked “Return to Sender,” "Addressee Unknown," or “Undeliverable” due to an incorrect address will not be resent. We will issue you a full refund for the product, and you are welcome to repurchase the items using a corrected address. (Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable).
