 Welcome to our shop! By browsing and purchasing from this website, you agree to the following policies.

1. Handmade & Print-on-Demand Items

• Handcrafted Art & Jewelry: Ceramic pieces, greeting cards, and artwork are handmade in Los Angeles by Camille with the help of a few studio artists. Slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and expected.
• T-Shirts & Apparel: Clothing items are custom printed on-demand and fulfilled by Printful, Inc. These items are made to order and will ship separately from our handmade goods. This also applies to tote bags and any other print-on-demand products. 

2. Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Handmade items and apparel are prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping Times: Delivery estimates depend entirely on your location. Please review our dedicated Shipping Info page for detailed transit timelines.
• Separated Shipments: Because apparel is fulfilled externally, orders containing both jewelry/prints/handmade items and t-shirts (or any print-on-demand item) will arrive in separate packages.

3. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

• Handmade Goods: We accept returns on unworn jewelry and undamaged prints/cards. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 
• Print-on-Demand (such as T-Shirts or tote bags): Because these items are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or size exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged. 
• Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken or defective, do not mail it back. You must reply to your order confirmation email with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or mail a replacement free of charge.
• Shipping on Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout are non-refundable for returns based on a change of mind or buyer's remorse. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Order Cancellations 

Because we want to get your items to you as fast as possible, our fulfillment process begins quickly. 

• Handmade Ceramics, Ornaments, & Art Prints: We happily accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not already been packaged or shipped.

• Print-on-Demand Products (such as T-Shirts or tote bags): Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is sent to our printing partner for production, it can no longer be canceled. 

• Custom or Personalized Items: Custom orders, personalized goods, and made-to-order items enter production immediately and are strictly non-cancellable.

• How to request a cancellation: To request a cancellation, you must reply directly to your original order confirmation email with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line. This ensures your request is tracked and processed before shipping. If your order has already entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In those cases, please refer to our Return Policy once your package arrives.

5. Jewelry Compliance & Materials Safety

• Safety & Age Compliance Notice

Our jewelry is intended exclusively for adults and teens aged 13 and older. It is designed as a fashion accessory and collectible wearable art.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – This item contains small parts (including ceramic elements, beads, and metal findings), has SHARP EDGES, and is NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE.

Verified Materials Notice: We prioritize your safety and health. All metal components and chains used in our handmade jewelry are independently tested and certified

100% free of toxic heavy metals (such as lead and cadmium) by AMEX Assayers, Inc. located in the historic jewelry district of Downtown Los Angeles. However, due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramics and small component sizes, these pieces are not toys and remain unsuitable for children.

6. Product Care

7. Intellectual Property & Liability

All artwork, jewelry designs, photos, and illustrations are the exclusive intellectual property of Camille Stancin LA, Camille Stancin Los Angeles, and CSLA. They may not be copied or resold. Products are provided "as is." Our financial liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.
